Democorte has a set of modern equipment to work with concrete cutting
Pavement Saw
The pavement saw is one of the cutting and drilling equipment used by Democorte. Applies to cutting concrete, cutting reinforced concrete, also when cutting rock and asphalt on pavements. Allows to make concrete cuts with great precision and reach great thicknesses in depth.
Wall Saw
The Democorte wall saw is used for cutting concrete, cutting reinforced concrete and cutting rock. In addition to being used for cutting walls, it is also used for cutting floors. The cuts made with the Democorte wall saw can be made in the horizontal vertical oblique with degree of inclination.
Cordon Saw (Cable)
As the name implies, the cord saw used by Democorte is a diamond wire saw that is used in cutting concrete for thicknesses greater than 0.52m. The cord saw used by Democorte can be used in cutting concrete, reinforced concrete and rock. The cuts can be made horizontally, vertically or obliquely in submerged spaces or outdoors.
Hand saw
The hand saw that Democorte has a cutting system with a diamond disc that can reach a thickness of 0.20 m. Democorte applies the hand saw to cutting concrete, cutting reinforced concrete (with low density) and cutting in rock. Cutting with the Democorte hand saw can be made vertically, horizontally or obliquely.
Chainsaw
The chainsaw used by Democorte has a cutting system with a diamond chain that reaches a thickness of 0.20 m. This saw is used for cutting concrete, reinforced concrete (low density) and rock. Cutting with this chain saw can be made vertically, horizontally or obliquely.
Hydraulic jack
Equipment that allows quiet and vibration-free demolitions. A set of 4 hydraulic jacks will be able to reach 1000 Tons.
